Description
A glass robin Christmas greetings card with the message ‘Rockin’ Robin’. It features a fused glass robin embellished with hand drawing and the traditional hand painted red nose! A great card for when you want to send Christmas wishes to someone special.
Every glass robin Christmas card is individually handmade by us in our home glass studios. The glass bead is kiln fired fused glass handmade by us. The process involves first filling a mould with glass granules called frits. The robins use a combination of red, brown and white frit. This is then fired in the kiln at a high temperature which melts the glass and as a result leaves a smooth shiny bead.
We do not use prints, each card is lettered by hand. This means, therefore, that the exact product may vary slightly from the photos but will be of equal quality. However, it also makes each card unique to the recipient!
Card is premium 6″ x 6″ white 300gsm with a white envelope. We support the Naked Cards environmental project and ship your card without a cellophane wrapper. But don’t worry, it will be snugly inside a card backed envelope to keep it safe in transit.
