These Terms & Conditions are in place to ensure that there is clarity for both you and us around the expectations of shopping and interacting with Salvia Glass.
Processing and Delivery
I make all your items to order to minimise waste and to make something special for you. Please allow up to 5 working days for me to create your product before I ship it to you.
I offer free p&p for all UK orders. I ship using Royal Mail standard 2nd class. For large orders e.g. multiple pictures I may from time to time use a courier service.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
Payment options
I offer secure payment via credit or debit card through WooCommerce.
Returns and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within the timeframes set out below.
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don’t accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
