Capture the glowing tones of the season with this one of a kind 9-disc fused glass bar mobile, hand-crafted in my studio.
I craft each of these mobiles using nine glass discs arranged in a simple V-shape across a natural oiled wood bar. I layer shades of amber, burnt orange, golden yellow, and deep bronze glass within each disc before firing them in the kiln. As the glass heats and moves, the colours merge in ways I can never quite repeat—so every set of discs has its own unique character.
Hung from stainless steel chain, the discs turn softly in the air and catch the light as they move, casting warm splashes of colour across nearby walls and window frames.
